Research Services was established in 1996 by Gail Appell as a one-person operation. Over twenty-five years, the company expanded significantly — bringing on trained staff, launching paperless consent forms, building out this website, and growing an informative blog. Through every change, customer service remained the core value.

We serve diverse industries including medical, retail, independent schools, and human services. Though our founder Gail Appell has passed, her four sons carry on the company's legacy — and the same commitment to personal, human service that she built it on.
