Two Ways to Use the AMC
Designed for users with limited time or a preference for minimal interaction. We create a customized screening package and provide you with a link to send to applicants. Applicants complete their consent forms, which route directly to Research Services for processing. You receive an email alert when reports are complete.
For organizations that want greater visibility and control. Employers customize applicant packages, generate targeted invitation emails through the portal, upload additional hiring documents, and decide exactly when to send applicants for processing. Notifications arrive via text or email.
Package Customization by Role
The AMC allows you to tailor screening packages by position type. Delivery or transport roles can automatically include a driving history report, while financial positions may trigger federal and credit report requirements. The system also differentiates between employee and volunteer packages — so everyone gets screened appropriately for their role.
Applicant Tracking
Both options include full tracking capabilities: verify which applicants have completed their forms, send follow-up reminder emails, and maintain notes on hiring decisions and qualifications for future positions.
